Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to kitchen quality standards and protocols.
* Support the recruitment, training, and development of kitchen team members.
* Collaborate with Restaurant Managers to achieve positive Profit & Loss results, including Cost of Goods Sold, Labor, and Operating Expenses.
* Verify compliance with food safety and WH&S policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or cooking role within a dynamic hospitality environment.
* A proven track record of leading and developing teams.
* Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent expertise.
* A solid understanding of food safety concerns and best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
