Your responsibilities will include: Provide Administrative Leadership: Oversee MSLC operations, aligning with the school's education strategy and University-wide initiatives. Manage Educational Systems and Processes: Implement and evaluate programs, technologies, and systems to support large-scale mathematics and statistics teaching. Foster Inclusive Learning: Develop initiatives to improve student equity, accessibility, and learning outcomes for diverse cohorts. Lead Professional Development: Supervise and mentor staff, manage tutor recruitment and training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
