Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at Doncaster Hyundai in Melbourne, VIC. The Sales Consultant will build strong customer relationships while guiding clients through vehicle purchasing processes. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining Hyundai vehicle features, managing test drives, and ensuring excellent customer service from initial contact to sale completion. The consultant will also manage documentation, collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, and maintain knowledge of automotive products and services.
