About the Role
We're looking for a
highly organised Junior Personal Assistant
to support the founder of a growing custom tailoring and fashion business. This is a
hands-on, varied role
combining
business support
with
personal PA duties
, perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys being on the move, and wants to build a long-term career in the fashion industry with opportunity for career progression.
This role will suit someone proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is excited to grow as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
Business Support
* Managing and responding to client emails and enquiries
* Coordinating bookings, fittings, flights, hotels and trunk show schedules
* Organising postage, shipping, and garment logistics
* Collecting and dropping off alterations from tailors/workrooms
* Preparing garments, client notes, and materials for fittings and trunk shows
* Maintaining organisation of garments, orders, and client records
* Assisting with general admin and day-to-day business operations
Personal Assistant Support
* Managing personal appointments and calendar scheduling
* Running errands as required (business and personal)
* Assisting with travel planning and logistics
* Helping keep day-to-day life organised so the founder can focus on clients and growth
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Reliable, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
* Confident communicator (written and verbal)
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
* Holds a
valid driver's licence and has access to a car
* Has a genuine
interest in fashion, tailoring, or luxury services
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with email, calendars, and basic systems
* Wants to
progress within a fashion business
