Indigeco is supporting a NSW Government Department in sourcing multiple Customer Service Representatives to join their Gosford Contact Centre team, supporting NSW's Road Safety lines.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service across inbound channels for Road Safety enquiries.
* Accurately handle customer data, follow procedures, and resolve queries efficiently.
* Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment where quality and accuracy are key.
* Participate in structured training and ongoing skill development with support from SMEs and Team Leaders.
Key Requirements:
* 2–3 years of customer service experience (contact centre, admin, or retail).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong computer literacy — proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Office Suite.
* Good typing and data entry skills, with attention to detail and email etiquette.
* Prior experience in government or office-based environments is an advantage.
* Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing workloads.
Eligibility:
* Applicants must be based in NSW and able to attend training on-site in Gosford.
* Reliable home internet and a smartphone are required if approved for hybrid work.
