By building additional crossings over the Coomera and Nerang Rivers, this stage will ease congestion on the M1 and provide residents in growing areas such as Helensvale and Coomera with an alternative route.

The scope of works includes bulk earthworks, hard rock excavation, ground improvements, and the construction of three new bridges.

Our team is excited about tackling the many technical challenges of this project and committed to delivering practical, well-engineered solutions that meet the needs of the project, environment, and community.

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving scope valuation at both cost and revenue levels and supporting value engineering initiatives. • Develop a detailed understanding of the client's Standard Method of Measurement and allocate quantities accordingly.

• Contribute to monthly project reporting and forecasting, including reconciliation of quantities to date, monthly progress and at completion.

• Engagement with Engineers and QA staff on quantity interfaces with the QA system, lot records, WBS and progress.

• Manage subcontractor quantity control, where applicable based on subcontract type.

• Assist in variation price compilation and submission.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying or Project/Construction Management.

• 5-10 years' experience in construction cost planning, tendering or project delivery.

• Experience and proficiency in 3D/GIS modelling packages such as Autocad, 12D, TBC or similar.

• Previous experience in elemental-based forecasting and software.

• Experience with Schedule of Rates based contracts is highly regarded.

Many of our projects are located in regional areas, therefore all applicants must hold a current Driver's Licence and have their own transport.

We have a range of additional benefits available for our employees:

• Career Development - training, mentoring programs and leadership development programs.
