As a Clinical Nurse Student Facilitator-Aged Care Cadet, you will play a pivotal role in supporting student facilitation activities and holding a designated portfolio focused on the facilitation and support of Aged Care Cadets.
* Coordinate aged care cadet placements to ensure they are well-organised, safe and aligned with agreed learning objectives. Provide supervision coaching feedback to students helping them build confidence competence person-centred care skills with internal external stakeholders strengthen placement quality address issues early continuously improve aged care education training pathways promoting positive respectful inclusive learning environment SA Health values integrity respect accountability.
