Senior Sales Executive / Brand Ambassador – Mash Brewing (Swan Valley & WA Metro)

Mash Brewing is an award‑winning independent brewery with deep roots in the Swan Valley and a bold presence across WA. With a growing range of beers and a focus on innovation, flavour, and authenticity, we're now on the hunt for a passionate and driven Senior Sales Executive / Brand Ambassador to champion our beers and grow our customer base.
About the Role
This is not just a sales gig – it's a chance to live and breathe the Mash Brewing brand. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships, growing on‑ and off‑premise accounts, increasing volume, and flying the Mash Brewing flag at events and tastings.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development and grow existing accounts
Represent the Mash brand in bars, bottle shops, restaurants, festivals, and trade events
Deliver exceptional customer service with regular account visits
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with marketing and production
Lead in‑store tastings and venue activations
Provide monthly sales reporting and forecasting
Be a voice for Mash Brewing in the WA craft beer community
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in FMCG, liquor, or beverage sales (craft beer a huge bonus)
Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in FMCG, liquor, or beverage sales is required
Passionate about craft beer, local production, and quality
Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills
Confident presenting and activating a brand in public‑facing environments
WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) card required
Valid full driver's licence and ability to travel across WA
Australian work rights are mandatory for this role
