The Ngunnawal Bush Healing Farm (NBHF) provides a place of healing, where Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people can feel safe and supported to make ongoing and meaningful changes in their lives. The NBHF uses a therapeutic community approach, traditional healing concepts, cultural programs, and life skills training to tackle underlying social and emotional issues. ACTHD delivers day programs at the NBHF and is progressing a project (the transition project) which aims to change how services are delivered at the NBHF, to include a residential model which is delivered by a community organisation. The Assistant Director will support the NBHF operations team through the procurement and contract management of providers to deliver day programs. The Assistant Director will also support the transition project team ensuring NBHF operations are of a high quality when transition occurs.
