We are currently assisting them with a Salary Packaging Administrating Supervisor position, and would love to hear from Payroll Professionals that are interested in using their payroll experience in a new and different way, helping to grow, develop and mentor, an existing team of two. Maintaining the required levels of technical and administration skills, commensurate with the administration and ‘payroll’ functions. Keeping staff up to date on legislative and client benefit changes. Managing key client relationships at a ‘payroll/accounting’ level, both internally and externally. Reviewing and providing feedback on administration tasks and call quality in order to increase client satisfaction and ensure consistency across all staff. Providing up to date and concise information on the breadth of products/benefits available for all of their clients. Responsible for the identification of training and development opportunities within the Administration team. Coordinates the workflow within the team on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Manages client escalations and complaints to resolution. Logs all complaints in register. Responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing all administration processes, presenting updates to team whenever necessary. Demonstrated experience managing a team to achieve the goals and objectives required. Demonstrated ability to coordinate workflow and priorities in competing timeframes. Ability to deliver quality outcomes within required timeframes. Accurate numeracy skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Fringe Benefit Tax across all client types. Knowledge of current industry trends in leasing and vehicle management. Experience in advanced payroll systems across all client types. Knowledge of current industry trends. Able to implement and adapt processes to manage change within the team and industry. ABOUT YOU: Payroll/Accounting/Customer Service experience A self-starter, you’re comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative, startup environment.
