Overview
Churches of Christ Queensland are currently seeking Registered Nurses for our Blackall location. This role will see you working within the Barcoo Multi-Purpose Centre, our 34 bed Residential Aged Care home supporting our residents and staff. Typical tasks may include medication administration, reviewing and updating care plans, conducting baseline and focused assessments and liaising with internal/external stakeholders, residents and their families. This role would best suit an experienced RN who is confident enough to work in a rural/remote area.

Our ideal candidate is
Essential:
Passionate about Aged Care and providing safe supportive care to the residents
Has current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
Ability to work across day, afternoon and night shifts
Hold valid Australian Work Rights –
Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
Desirable:
Previous clinical experience in the Aged Care Sector
Currently hold, or willing to obtain a current NDIS check
