The role
We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Manager – Aggregation & Affiliates to join our Integrated Performance Marketing team on a 12-month contract, covering a career break.
You'll be the primary relationship manager for our product and price comparison partners – including iSelect, Compare the Market, Canstar, Mozo, Carsales and Finder – ensuring operational excellence, strong stakeholder engagement, and continuous channel performance improvement.
The role is a blend of strategic planning and hands-on relationship management. In the current state, you'll be managing day-to-day escalations across marketing, call centre and technical teams. Looking forward, you'll play a key role in shaping how we use analytics and AI to enhance aggregator and affiliate partner performance.
What You'll Do
* Build and manage strong relationships with aggregator and affiliate partners and internal stakeholders.
* Oversee operational, contractual, and performance obligations for each aggregator channel.
* Identify and implement strategies to drive profitability and enhance customer experience.
* Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Call Centre, Analytics, and Compliance teams.
* Govern partner relationships with a focus on transparency, compliance, and risk mitigation, ensuring all activity aligns with regulatory and brand standards.
* Lead change initiatives, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
* Influence and align internal teams and external partners to deliver win–win outcomes.
What experience you'll bring
* 5+ years' experience with aggregators or similar B2B partnerships.
* Proven success in contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and performance optimisation.
* Background in insurance, banking, or other regulated industries.
* Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with an appetite for learning and innovation.
* Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to navigate complexity and deliver results.
* Interest in AI and analytics to drive performance improvement.

This role is available at any of our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast locations providing flexibility to choose the office that suits you. Our Toowong office is close to the city with easy public transport and parking options while our North Lakes offices are within walking distance of some of the north side's best retail locations. If you love a view of the water, why not consider our Kawana office on the edge of Lake Kawana and only a five minute drive to the closest beach.
