We're seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Sunshine Coast team (with some regional travel as needed).

What you'll do
* Deliver person-centred, evidence-based behaviour support for participants with complex needs
* Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments, Behaviour Support Plans, and Restrictive Practice step-down plans
* Engage with NDIS, government, and community stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
* Contribute to practice excellence by sharing knowledge and supporting peers
* Represent Elements ABC in your community and sector

What you'll bring
* Proficient-level NDIS registration (or higher)
* Qualification in Psychology, OT, Speech Pathology, Social Work, ABA, or BCBA (or equivalent)
* 2+ years' experience supporting people with complex behaviours
* Knowledge of NDIS frameworks, PBS Capability Framework, and restrictive practice guidelines
* Experience in trauma-informed, evidence-based practice
* Strong documentation and communication skills
* Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and Australian work rights
