About the Role
This 12-Month Fixed Term Senior (Web) Business Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to join Coles' Digital team. You'll work closely with our software development squad to gather business requirements and translate them into technical user stories during a large-scale project consolidating the Coles Liquor brand.
In this role, you'll:
* Translate business requirements into technical user stories following the INVEST framework with clear acceptance criteria.
* Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to elicit requirements.
* Lead discussions with effective communication.
* Document business and technology requirements.
* Document use cases and customer journey flows.
* Responsible for technical analysis to understand the problem and define the solution.
* Investigate problems and analyze options for new and existing features, providing recommendations to solutions.
* Support and in some instances lead scrum ceremonies.
About You and Your Skills
You'll have:
* 5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in an eCommerce or retail environment.
* Experience working in Digital or Web front-end squads.
* Experience working in large companies with complex technology environments.
* Experience working in Agile teams, using tools like Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Postman, etc.
* Ideally, experience working in Retail eCommerce systems.
* A relevant Tertiary Degree in IT.
