Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and support in freight enquiries, collections, and pick-ups via phone and email.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Adelaide with flexibility to work varying shifts between 7:30am and 6:30pm. We offer a supportive environment where you can grow and develop your career.
* Taking inbound customer calls to resolve queries and provide information
* Updating customers and teammates on freight queries via in and outbound calls
* Assisting with customer queries by contacting the appropriate team
* Responding to enquires as allocated
* Communicating delays to customers in a prompt and professional manner
* Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with all relevant parties
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Previous experience in a call centre/customer care environment
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
* Able to quickly build rapport with customers and teammates locally and interstate
* Intermediate skills in data entry with accurate typing skills
* Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritise and resolve problems in a timely manner
