Retail Business Manager – Chermside
Your Role
We are searching for a Retail Business Manager to lead our Bondi Boutique, a confident, grounded leader who connects deeply with people, product, and purpose.
As a key brand ambassador, you'll bring the Assembly Label experience to life through thoughtful leadership, calm intention, and a focus on both commercial and cultural outcomes. You'll guide your team to deliver meaningful guest connections, uphold operational excellence, and create a space that embodies our brand's simplicity and ease.
This is a full-time leadership role, requiring flexibility across weekdays, weekends and key retail trade periods.

* Leading your boutique/Surplus store to deliver consistent cultural and commercial performance
* Coaching and developing your team to deliver an elevated, intentional guest experience
* Driving sales results through considered floor leadership and data insights
* Overseeing daily operations and ensuring brand-aligned presentation and efficiency
* Building meaningful relationships with your local community and guests
* Championing storytelling, product knowledge and team development
