Recruitment business partner (sydney)

The Reivernet Group is made up of seven entities: RN Projects, Reivernet, IT Triage, Site Compass, Bright Star, RN Gateway and RGC Management. We design, build, configure, support and document complex data networks for business, with a focus on hotel networks.

The Recruitment Business Partner will play a critical role in managing the recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and cost‐effectiveness. This position is responsible for overseeing the hiring process, improving recruitment strategies, providing training and enabling data‐driven decisions. The individual will work closely with Managers to ensure that recruitment goals are met and with the P&C team to align goals across the Group.

• Manage and execute recruitment campaigns for open roles, ensuring alignment with hiring managers' needs.
• Utilise direct and agency‐assisted hiring methods to attract top talent.
• Develop and provide training and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
• Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
