About the roleThe Recruitment Business Partner will play a critical role in managing the recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and cost‐effectiveness. This position is responsible for overseeing the hiring process, improving recruitment strategies, providing training and enabling data‐driven decisions. The individual will work closely with Managers to ensure that recruitment goals are met and with the P&C team to align goals across the Group.
