About This Role:
 * Manage appointment schedules for audiologists
 * Greet clients at our clinic and update records
 * Assist client and doctor enquiries
 * Answer phone calls and emails
 * Provide basic troubleshooting for hearing devices
 * Accurately bill appointments
 * Perform general office duties
