Job Title: Global Fire Protection Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Global Fire Protection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fire protection strategies for our global manufacturing sites.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement fire protection strategies for production facilities, high-piled storage/warehousing, and office environments.
* Collaborate with engineers from other disciplines to recommend cost-effective, high-performance fire protection solutions.
* Perform business interruption and risk exposure analyses.
* Support the design, installation, and commissioning of fire protection systems for factory constructions and expansions.
* Act as a subject matter expert on fire safety and protection projects, providing technical guidance and support to colleagues globally.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fire Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in several of the following areas:
o In-depth knowledge of Factory Mutual (FM) Datasheets, NFPA standards, and local building codes.
o Design review of automatic fire sprinklers, fire detection/alarm systems, and smoke control/exhaust systems.
o Development of fire protection strategies for production facilities, high-piled storage/warehousing, and office environments.
o Performance of business interruption and risk exposure analyses.
* Proven experience in construction projects (design through execution phases).
* Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken – C1 level or equivalent).
