By championing the needs of enterprise customers and partnering across R&D and goâtoâmarket teams, youâll help Octopus deliver experiences that are unified, unmistakably Octopus, and built for the scale of our largest customers.

What Youâll Do
* Lead product design across the Enterprise Scale domain, supporting and growing a team of Product Designers
* Act as a playerâcoach close to the details, both shaping strategy with key partners and stepping into driving specific initiatives
* Champion design for both DayâŻ1 and DayâŻ200: from firstâtime setup to longâterm enterprise operations across thousands of engineers and multiple business units
* Work with Product & Engineering peers to lead your group and establish systems for highâquality execution on feature development
* Champion the needs of enterprise customers (scale, admin, trust, governance), shaping multiâtouchpoint journeys that extend beyond the product itself
* Pave the way for how we measure the experience for our enterprise cohort, helping us hold the right bar for quality
* Partner with Research, Sales, Marketing, CSM, and TAMs to influence the endâtoâend enterprise experience
* Drive coherence and consistency across Enterprise experiences, ensuring Octopus feels unified and unmistakably ours
* Inspire teams with compelling narratives that link design to customer and business outcomes
Weâre Looking For Someone Like You Who
* Has 12+ years of product design experience, with substantial time in enterprise B2B SaaS or developer tooling
* Ideally designed for securityâsensitive, admin, or governanceâheavy workflows (CIAM, IAM, or platformâlevel administration experience is a big plus)
* Thrives in complexity: you can map multiâstakeholder journeys, anticipate edge cases, and balance effortless UX with enterpriseâgrade requirements
* Brings a strong toolkit as a design practitioner, with skills in journey mapping, vision casting, prototyping, customer research & other senseâmaking artefacts that articulate our customer experience.
* Has proven experience leading and growing designers, creating conditions for quality and impact
* Influences and aligns execs, peers, and crossâfunctional leaders around ambitious product experiences
