1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Develop and execute Construction Method Statements, incorporating site preparation and construction methodologies.
3. Maintain high standards of safety and quality assurance, implementing corrective actions promptly when necessary to ensure compliance with agreed specifications.
4. Lead a team of junior engineers in their professional development and growth.
5. Oversee the procurement and management of subcontracts, including monthly claims processing within designated authority limits.
6. Coordinate temporary works designs, ensuring all relevant approvals are obtained and preparing comprehensive design briefs.
7. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of projects by effectively coordinating resources and schedules.
8. Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
