As a key member of our IT team, you will provide technical support through our Service Desk and perform daily system administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support for Microsoft technologies including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Windows OS and Cyber Security tools
* Assist with projects and contribute to the development and maintenance of our Standard Operating Environment (SOE)
* Manage incidents using ITSM tools and ensure successful delivery
Required Skills:
* Deliver high-quality support for Microsoft technologies including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Windows OS and Cyber Security tools
* Support iOS devices, desktop hardware and business systems in a corporate environment
