Job Description
As a Retail Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, processing sales and service transactions, and promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling. You will also assist customers with mail lodgements and associate costs, and build rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You should have experience in customer service and/or cash handling, and be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift. A friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude is essential, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
