Job Description Own the orchestration of field marketing initiatives that convert strategy into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Field, and Corporate teams to ensure disciplined execution, clear accountability, and strong ROI. Maximize Program ROI: Deliver high-performing marketing programs with disciplined execution, budget accountability, and clear measurement to optimize lead progression and sales follow-through. Enable Sales & Scale Impact: Strengthen sales effectiveness by aligning field, channel, and corporate initiatives, ensuring consistent execution, visibility, and continuous improvement across markets Main Duties Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant on Sales leadership team and regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Provides recommendations on program delivery to HQ virtual team leads. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales. Responsibilities Qualifications & Skills Requirement Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 10-12; years in B2B SaaS marketing, including 5 years in senior regional leadership. Core Skills: Expert-level mastery of ABM, Demand Gen, and GTM strategy with a deep understanding of the ERP/CFO persona and APAC market dynamics.
