About The Role
As an Accounting/Commercial Graduate, you will be offered a permanent role and be a part of the site commercial teams supporting a number of Mining sites. You will develop your skills in providing management accounting, budgeting services, mentoring others in cost control, accruals, expenditure commitments, capital and monthly forecasting as well as ensuring accurate and timely cost accruals for both operational and capital spend including timely capitalisation of capital WIP.
Glencore's graduate programme focuses on further training through our excellent, structured professional development stream. This role will see you gain exposure in financial accounting, management accounting and analysis. The program will provide you with the opportunity to rotate to experience multiple sites, rapid tracking your knowledge of our business and the industry. We value development of our talent and give you access to a formal ‘Professional Development Program’ designed to accelerate your leadership potential.

About You
Qualified with a Bachelor of Accounting, Commerce or similar (prior to commencement)
