About the Role: As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in relaunching our refreshed Chatswood location—supporting the Store Manager in building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business success from day one.
Key Responsibilities: * Support the successful re-opening and daily operations of our new retail store * Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and results * Drive sales and achieve KPIs through effective floor leadership and team development * Ensure visual merchandising and operational standards reflect the Coach brand * Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy team environment About You: * Previous leadership experience in premium or luxury retail * Passionate about fashion, people, and creating memorable customer experiences * Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Results-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach * Excited by the opportunity to help relaunch and shape a refreshed store experience Why Join Coach?
