Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a client-facing administrative role, where they have demonstrated the ability to greet and assist walk-in and phone-in customers, ask the right questions to understand their needs, provide quality print advice and products, and process electronic and manual data with accuracy.
The Client Services Administrator will be responsible for creating new customer profiles in our CRM system, processing and tracking print jobs, liaising and ordering with suppliers, updating job progress data and advising customers, and assisting with minor artwork updates and emailing proofs.
Key aspects of this role include maintaining accurate records, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
