Functional Consultant – SAP Procurement (S/4HANA & Ariba)
About the client:
Our client is a global consultancy delivering innovative SAP solutions across enterprise transformation programs. This role supports procurement process design and implementation using SAP S/4HANA and Ariba technologies.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant specialising in Procurement to join a dynamic team delivering end-to-end SAP implementations. You'll be responsible for process design, build execution, and client engagement across procurement modules and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead workshops and perform FIT-GAP analysis with business and process architects.
* Design and document business processes and functional specifications.
* Customise SAP Procurement and Ariba solutions, including data structures and flows.
* Deliver SAP S/4HANA Procurement (MM) functionalities: requisitions, POs, contracts, RFQs, SES, inventory, and master data.
* Integrate with SCM (EWM, IM) and EAM modules.
* Resolve defects and issues through client-focused problem solving.
* Engage stakeholders and present solution options effectively.
* Support full lifecycle implementations and contribute to team delivery.
Required Experience:
* 12–15+ years of SAP experience with 5–7 full lifecycle implementations.
* Strong expertise in SAP MM and Ariba modules.
* Experience in international consulting environments.
* Ability to lead workshops and produce detailed documentation.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to deliver under tight timelines.
* Willingness to take on new challenges and expand SAP network.
* Leadership qualities and client relationship building.
Mandatory Requirements:
* AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
