About this position
We seek an experienced leader to develop and implement engaging early childhood learning initiatives, adhering to the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate inclusive and age-appropriate educational programs that align with relevant frameworks and guidelines.
* Environment Management: Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
* Leadership and Support: Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality childcare delivery, fostering positive connections with children, families, and the community.
Requirements:
* Certification and Qualifications: Completion of Certificate III or IV in Children's Services (or AQF Diploma equivalent) or higher qualification in a related field.
* Professional Certificates: Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or ability to obtain before commencement).
* Clearance and Registration: Valid Working with Children Blue Card and current Police Clearance.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience and Knowledge: Previous experience in early childhood education, knowledge of the National Quality Framework, and relevant regulations.
