Job Overview
The SAP HR Team Lead provides technical expertise for the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP HR and Payroll systems. The role supports the SAP application footprint and promotes production change across businesses.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical advice within the SAP HR Payroll application, including integrated component architecture and design.
* Develop a thorough understanding of operational needs to recommend process improvements.
* Design and deliver solutions that meet business needs, ensuring integrated operability across relevant modules.
* Assess and communicate change implications.
* Coordinate general project tasks, including provision of user assistance and training.
* Contribute to the development and execution of functional unit and integrated Test scenarios.
* Day-to-day system support within specialist and associated functional components of SAP – resolution of issues and user training.
* Provide oversight and direction on work activities and priorities.
About Your Experience
* 10+ years of Technical Subject Matter Experience in a support and project delivery capacity.
* Ability to understand customer needs and clearly engage and communicate with them.
* Adherence to IT standards and Industry best practice.
* Advanced experience with SAP Payroll HR design, implementation, maintenance, administration, and support.
* Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP FICO modules will be highly regarded.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
