The role
Training Coordinator / Scheduler – 6‐Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Location: Melbourne office, Mulgrave, VIC. Report to: National Customer Success Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate training courses nationwide with clients, sales team and trainers.
- Act as primary client support contact – answer questions and provide assistance.
- Book and manage travel arrangements for trainers, ensuring schedules remain on track.
- Maintain accurate course records, ensuring all details are RTO compliant.
- Provide email and telephone support to clients, trainers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage training logistics: reservation of venues, resources and equipment.
- Assist with general administrative duties and urgent tasks as required.
- Resolve issues and maintain smooth operation under fast‐paced conditions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years of scheduling experience, preferably within an RTO.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and student management systems.
- Highly organized, reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Positive, proactive attitude and client‐focused mindset.
- Understanding of confidentiality and compliance requirements.
