Geelong Motors Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our growing team.

Geelong Motors is an award-winning dealership known for delivering exceptional customer service and premium vehicles. We specialise in new and used vehicle sales, servicing, and parts across two franchises, Mercedes-Benz and BYD – catering to a diverse and growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Work within set repair times to maximise productivity
• Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure timely parts ordering
• Identify and recommend additional repair work as required
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills:
• Fully qualified Automotive Technician with appropriate automotive trade qualifications (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities
• Solid understanding of electronic and electrical systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
• EV experience preferred but not essential - training provided
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Committed to workplace safety and cleanliness

Requirements:
• Permanent Australian residency
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Successful completion of police checks before commencement
