Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
* Process accounts and record transactions in accordance with Government and Departmental financial procedures and relevant legislation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
* Reconcile creditors' statements and follow-up issues as required.
* Respond to enquiries from debtors, creditors, and departmental officers relating to processing of transactions.
* Filing of manual and electronic financial records.
* Assist Senior Finance Officers to deliver day-to-day tasks as required.
* Any other duties as directed by the Coordinator Accounting Operations.
* Experience with Finance One System.
