**HR Advisor**
Industry: Retail
We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to partner closely with our clients retail leaders and the wider business. In this hands-on role, you'll build strong relationships, provide trusted HR advice and deliver people-focused initiatives that make a real impact.
With a blend of operational and project work, you'll coach and support leaders through ER/IR matters, help embed best practices across our stores and contribute to a high-performing culture.
**What You Will Be Doing**
- Partner with retail leaders to coach and imbed new initiatives.
- Deliver sound ER and IR advice to support the business.
- Manage all ER investigations & provide advice on suggested outcomes.
- Manage all incoming enquiries relating to HR.
- Managing administrations tasks, including contract creation.
- Provide direction on policies & practices.
- Coach & develop managers across the areas of performance and engagement.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the retail award & standard employment practices.
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects supporting both the retail teams & the support office.
- Partner with Payroll to ensuing processes are followed.
- Managing several projects with differing prioritisation.
- Drive a high performing culture.
**Who You Are**
- 2+ years' experience as an HR advisor, preferably within the Retail industry.
- Experience working in Retail.
- Able to build strong relationships and engage positively with retail & leadership teams.
- Proven ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, high-volume role.
- You have a high emotional IQ, someone who is resilient & flexible.
- Culturally aligned to Team values and fosters a sense of cohesion and collaboration among colleagues.
- A self-starter with high energy and a strong work ethic, able to move projects forward
