The successful applicant will have experience in business planning, operational support, and data tracking, analysis, and reporting. They will be proficient in ticketing and financial systems, as well as CRM applications and related procedures.
The job involves:
* Coordinating scheduling, tracking and reporting for the Outreach Program.
* Developing and maintaining systems to support program delivery.
* Contributing to the development of new programs and delivering training for outreach learning facilitators.
* Monitoring daily operations and using sound judgment to identify and escalate issues.
A key aspect of this role is working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure broad access to museum resources. The successful applicant will be a proactive, accountable professional with well-developed administrative, communication, and presentation skills.
The salary offered is $74,580 base + 11.5% superannuation. A current Victorian Driver's Licence and a willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check are also requirements.
