Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service at library branches and community events.
* Assist patrons in making full use of library resources, equipment, and online services.
* Maintain the library's customer service areas, including shelving returned items and updating noticeboards.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Library and Information Services or a related field is preferred.
* Public library experience and strong accountability, proactivity, and teamwork skills are essential.
