This role is responsible for managing a team of customer service officers to deliver examinations in Queensland. The successful candidate will work autonomously, prioritizing tasks, monitoring workflow, and allocating resources to achieve efficient examination delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and supervise staff to support the efficient delivery of examination functions within a commercial context.
">
2. Work autonomously to set priorities, monitor workflow, allocate resources and develop local strategies and procedures for the efficient delivery of examinations in Queensland.
">
3. Coordinate recruitment and selection including management of casual examination supervisors across Queensland.
">
4. Coordinate and manage the induction, training and professional development for examiners and examination supervisors.
">
5. Liaise, consult and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in relation to initiatives while maintaining strong working relationships.

Proficiency and experience in using databases and scheduling systems, along with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving workflows, is required.
