Job Description
As a mechanical tradesperson, you will be responsible for delivering work orders including fault finding, repairs and servicing of mechanical equipment across the Seqwater network. You will also perform administrative tasks and document work progressions within the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS). Additionally, you will travel and commute to relevant assets across the network including attendance to pre-start meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in mechanical trade across large maintenance programs and networks
* Servicing technical mechanical assets such as actuators, gearboxes, and pumps
* Current C Class Driver Licence
* Trade Mechanical certificate
* Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - HLTAID001 (1 year validity)
* Provide First Aid - HLTAID003 (3-year validity)
* Gas test Atmosphere- MSMWHS217 (3-year validity)
* Confined Space Entry - RIIWHS202E, MSMPER205,MSMPER200 (3-year validity)
* Working at Heights - RIIWHS204E (2-year validity)

Supporting Seqwater, we deliver preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance along with electrical, mechanical and instrumental services across its water network. We are looking for Mechanical Tradespeople to help cover the Southern Region. The successful candidate must be willing to undergo a medical and police check as part of the recruitment process.
