As a Site Manager at Hindmarsh you will manage day to day site activities, including safety, quality, environment, design management and development.
Other duties include:
* Site organisation and staffing procedures
* Safety, environment, time and quality control
* Management of site team and sub-contractors
* Supervision of industrial relations and safety matters
* Liaison with Contracts Administrators
* Procurement strategy and contribution to sub-contractor engagement processes
* Site team leadership – internal staff and subcontractors and suppliers
About You
We are hiring for projects in the Health and research sectors. Relevant project experience is desirable but not essential.
* 10 + years' experience in the construction industry
* Experience working for a head contractor on commercial projects $30M+
* Well-developed leadership and communications skills
* Senior First Aid
