* Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-centric environment; preference given to candidates with collision or automotive industry background.
2. Proven ability to deliver high-quality service to customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, consistently meeting expectations.
3. Strong capability in handling complex customer care and complaint resolution scenarios.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Cloud-Based Management Systems, with a focus on process improvement.
