Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end supply chain oversight, including procurement, warehousing, distribution and delivery
- Develop and optimize delivery schedules, manage and allocate delivery drivers for timely order fulfillment
- Coordinate warehouse operations, monitor inventory levels, enhance order accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth order flow from purchase to delivery
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, transport partners and other stakeholders
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, train and mentor supply chain and delivery teams to improve operational capability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related fields
- Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in retail, FMCG, homeware or related industries
- Proficiency with ERP, WMS and LMS systems; strong skills in inventory management and route optimization
- Previous experience in delivery driver scheduling and team management is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to design and execute supply chain solutions in fast-paced environment
