A Senior Medical Practitioner is sought to lead our expanding healthcare team, working in General Medicine. The role offers a range of clinical duties, including patient assessment, management, and care delivery. Key responsibilities include taking charge of patient care, providing expert guidance on complex clinical decisions, and collaborating closely with nursing teams.
Main Responsibilities
* Taking charge of patient care and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Providing expert guidance on complex clinical decisions and promoting evidence-based practice.
* Collaborating closely with nursing teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Ideal Candidate
* Must have unconditional General and/or Specialist registration with the relevant medical board.
* Should bring substantial experience in general medical ward settings.
* Have a strong background at Registrar level in Australian hospitals.
* Be able to communicate effectively and thrive in a close-knit multidisciplinary environment.
* Hold a current C or C-A class driver's licence and be willing to travel for work-related purposes.
