Talent Acquisition Specialist Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key professional within our Internal talent team, responsible for partnering with business leads on their recruitment needs while providing proactive solutions to identify high-quality talent.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including resume screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, facilitating pre-hire checks, assessments & medicals, and managing verbal job offers.
* Develop strategic recruitment plans, including person specification and competency checklist, creative job ad copy, route-to-market recommendation, and agree timescales to meet business requirements.
* Develop candidate talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including internal applicant tracking systems, social & professional networks, employee referrals, alumni networks, social media, job boards, and search engines to identify and attract top talent.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams on People (HR) and business-wide projects, and may require occasional travel to attend industry and university events throughout the year.

* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and engage with stakeholders, team members, and candidates alike.
* Experience in proactive sourcing, building talent pools, and engaging passive talent.
