About the Role
We're seeking Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Managers and Logistics Engineers with hands‑on Defence project experience. You'll help design and deliver support solutions that maximise the availability and readiness of critical Defence assets throughout the capability life cycle.

What You'll Do
* Lead and contribute to acquisition and sustainment projects.
* Apply ILS and IPS principles to optimise Defence system supportability.
* Conduct and/or oversee:
* Task & sparing analysis
* Development and review of ILS plans
* Logistics engineering advice
* FMECA & LORA assessments
* Maintenance evaluations and task analysis
* Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and LSAR development
* Work with Defence maintenance and supply systems (MILIS, ERP, AMPS, CAMM2).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and compliance with ASDEFCON contracts.

What We're Looking For
* Exposure to the Australian Defence capability lifecycle and processes.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
* Qualifications in logistics, reliability engineering, or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years).
* NV1 clearance or higher.
