Role
You'll manage end‑to‑end development across multiple land projects, leading feasibility, planning, design, approvals, and delivery. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you'll ensure projects progress efficiently, risks are managed, and commercial outcomes are optimised. This is a hands‑on opportunity to shape projects and contribute to a growing pipeline in a high‑performing, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead development projects from due diligence and feasibility through to approvals, delivery, and settlements
* Prepare and maintain project feasibilities, budgets, and programs
* Drive DA, CC, and subdivision approvals, liaising with authorities and stakeholders
* Coordinate consultant teams, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project milestones
* Support acquisitions with analysis, risk assessment, and investment recommendations
* Manage commercial outcomes including revenue, costs, contracts, and funding requirements
* Report to leadership on progress, risks, opportunities, and key decisions
About You
* 3–5+ years' experience in property development, ideally including land or residential projects
* Strong commercial acumen and experience managing feasibilities, budgets, and planning pathways
* Proven ability to lead consultant teams and liaise with authorities and stakeholders
* Solutions‑focused, organised, and ready to take ownership of projects
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, or related discipline preferred
