In this critical role, you will serve as an architect of change, designing and implementing a comprehensive Continuous Improvement framework that will shape our operations. This position will not only elevate our internal processes but also drive strategic advantages across the organization. You will lead high-impact transformations, foster a culture of accountability, and ensure that data-driven decision-making becomes part of our DNA. Accountabilities
* Build the CI Framework: Design and launch a roadmap embedding Lean principles across all functions.
* Architect Operational Excellence: Identify high-impact opportunities with senior leadership to improve cost, quality, and delivery.
* Implement Formal Problem Solving: Develop and standardize a PDCA methodology across the organization.
* Develop Organizational Capability: Create learning curriculum and mentorship pathways for CI talent.
* Lead High-Impact Transformation: Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional sprints.
* Drive Cultural Evolution: Act as a change agent to promote accountability and innovation.
* Establish KPIs: Build dashboards to measure the health of the CI system.
Requirements
* The 'Builder' Profile: Proven experience in building or transforming CI functions across multiple sites.
* Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics; leading Lean transformations in multi-site environments.
* Technical Expertise: Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field; Master's preferred.
* Experience: 7–10 years of leadership experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence.
* Strategic Problem Solver: Advanced skills in formal problem-solving tools within a PDCA framework.
* Change Management: Exceptional ability to lead through change with a hands-on approach.
