Position Overview
Regional and Fire Management Services Division Administration Officer (DBCA3161881 PSCA, Level 2). Salary $76,912 - $82,464 plus District Allowance and 12% Superannuation. Location: Esperance. Permanent, full-time.
Responsibilities
* Provides administrative, financial and customer services support in the Esperance District.
* Assists the district administration team to provide support to operational functions of the department.
Selection Criteria
* Experience in office procedures, records management and administrative functions.
* Experience in financial management including payroll systems, processing and paying accounts and monitoring budgets.
* Evidence of ability to provide leadership at a supervisory level in administration, and financial management.
* Experience in the use of and application of personal computers, including word processing and spreadsheet packages.
