A highly regarded multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior to Associate Urban Designer to join its Queensland team in a key leadership capacity. This is a role for someone who enjoys leading projects, mentoring others, and working closely with senior leadership to deliver high-quality urban outcomes. You will take the lead across major commissions, manage client relationships, and guide multidisciplinary teams through the delivery of complex and rewarding projects. The Opportunity You will work across a diverse range of urban strategy, master planning and public realm projects, taking ownership of delivery from concept through to completion. Alongside project leadership, you will support team development and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
