Our Retail Assistants are focused on delivering operational excellence by ensuring seamless store functionality, efficient inventory management, and supporting an outstanding customer experience. You will be instrumental in optimising daily processes, maintaining a well-organised retail environment, and contributing to the overall performance and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Keep our store beautiful, clean, and perfectly merchandised
* Support stock control, promotions, repairs, lay-bys, and point-of-sale
* Fulfil Omni Channel orders (Click & Collect, Ship from Store, Virtual Appointments)
* Work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive team
* Ensure health, safety, and security practices are always followed
What We Are Looking For:
* A strong customer service focus and attention to detail
* High personal presentation and a professional attitude
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous retail or administration experience (a bonus, but not essential)
