About this role
We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker to support a customer with daily living tasks and empower them to live an independent and holistic life.
The successful candidate will provide support in everyday daily activities around the home, assist with hygiene and personal care, chaperone activities outside the home environment, and assist with medication compliance and meal preparation.

Responsibilities:
* Supporting a customer with daily living tasks

Requirements:
* A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
* At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
* Driver's License and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Clearance, First Aid, CPR, and National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
* Manual handling certification
